ART OF ARM
Creating What Doesn't Exist Yet
Based in Toronto, Art of Arm is the sculpture studio and creative practice of artist Armin Hesampour. This space serves as a living archive of my work, ideas, and making process—from custom sculpture and anatomical studies to figurative art and contemporary sculptural projects.
Much of my practice explores the connection between digital sculpting and physical fabrication. Projects often begin through digital design and 3D sculpting before being brought into the studio, where they are built, finished, and transformed into physical works using a range of fabrication and hand-finishing techniques.
Here you can explore personal and commissioned sculpture projects, behind-the-scenes processes, and ongoing experiments in sculpture, digital design, and fabrication in Toronto.

Practice & Scope
Custom Sculpture & Site-Specific Art
Art of Arm develops custom sculptures, site-specific artworks and large-scale installations for residential, commercial and public spaces. Projects move from digital concept development into physical form, with each piece designed in response to its setting and the ideas behind it.
Figurative & Contemporary Sculpture
Figurative sculpture is a recurring part of my work, shaped by years of drawing, digital sculpting and studying the human form. The work ranges from stylized portraits and busts to larger figurative pieces, combining anatomical structure with a contemporary approach.
Creative Fabrication & Production
Projects can move from digital sculpting and prototyping through molding, casting, fabrication and finishing. Depending on the scale and requirements of the work, production is handled directly or developed in collaboration with trusted fabricators and specialists.
